These four priorities direct what we need to focus on as an organisation to deliver our purpose. Unless we get these right, we won’t be able to deliver our purpose effectively.

These are the absolute essentials of running our organisation that we never compromise on. Without a constant commitment to these, we won’t deliver a railway for Britain.

We have a unique opportunity to create a simpler, better railway for everyone in Britain. Everything we do must have the customer in mind, be it passengers or freight users. This includes everyone who uses the services we provide, and everyone who might do too! We must improve the experience for our customers, and deliver consistent and reliable services, which offer value for money.
